First Visit

After you’ve requested an appointment through our website or by calling our office, our staff will work diligently to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. We maintain a waitlist and will notify you in the event of any near-term openings. However, if you’re experiencing an emergency or severe pain, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make every effort to see you as soon as possible.

Before your initial visit, please make sure you have the following:

1. Recent Dental X-ray taken by other dentist if any
2. A list of all medications you take daily, including dosage and frequency
3. Your dental insurance information
4. A government-issued ID, such as a Health Card

Please bring all of these items with you to your first appointment.

Please note that patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all consultation and treatment appointments.

During your initial visit, we’ll conduct a thorough examination of your head, neck, and oral region, and discuss your medical and dental history, referral form, and comments. Additional radiographs will be taken if required, and we’ll present you with a proposed treatment plan, any potential surgical risks (if applicable), and cost estimates based on the plan. We’ll also review anesthetic options and answer any questions you have.

We’ll provide payment options and help you submit cost estimates to your insurance company at the end of your consultation.
